Head of the Department of Commercial Law and Procedure of the National University “Odesa Law Academy”. Doctor of Law with extensive experience in commercial law, has more than 320 published works, including textbooks and monographs. Professor Oleg Podtserkovnyi is also a corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and participated in the development of legal reforms in Ukraine.

Belianevych Olena

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Professor, Doctor of Law Olena Belianevych is a professor at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University. She is the author of more than 150 scientific works, and her research interests cover a wide range of issues, in particular, contractual, corporate, competition law, protection of the rights and interests of business entities. Actively participates in the work of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Supreme Court and is an independent adviser on commercial law. Included in the recommended list of arbitrators of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Bilyk Iryna

Iryna Bilyk is an experienced professional in international relations and diplomacy. Her experience includes more than 8 years of civil service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Office of the President of Ukraine. Iryna holds a Master’s degree in International Relations in Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University and has extensive experience in event organization, communications, management, advocacy and working with partners.

Kochyn Volodymyr

Senior researcher, Candidate of Law. Volodymyr Kochyn has more than 13 years of professional experience in various areas of law. Volodymyr is the author of more than 200 scientific publications in the field of civil, commercial and corporate law. This includes 5 monographs, 8 chapters in monographs (including international publications), 14 articles in collections of scientific works, more than 50 scientific articles in professional and international periodicals, and about 100 abstracts at scientific conferences. His career as a lawyer is marked by significant contributions to legal research and drafting legislation, which contributes to a deeper understanding of private law.

Oleksandra Sologub – a professional with over 13 years of experience in management, project management, technical support, negotiations and contracting. In addition, Oleksandra has extensive experience in export and import activities and many successful projects in Europe and the Persian Gulf countries. Oleksandra led technical teams, managed projects and developed relationships with partners. For the past two years, she has been successfully working at Nazovni.Online, using her rich experience to support and empower Ukrainian companies in expanding their export opportunities.

Syrytsia Maryna

Head of mental health project programs

Maryna Syrytsia is a crisis and family psychologist and psychotherapist. Working as a lecturer at the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Maryna specializes in working with military personnel, veterans and their families. She is the author and trainer of effective programs, for the past 9 years she has been directing her efforts to help veterans and their family members overcome the consequences of war. Maryna’s work in our team underscores her significant contribution to our common goal of healing the nation.

Inna Dziun is a crisis and family psychologist who has been working with veterans and their families since 2020. She runs support groups for people experiencing grief and uncertain loss, creating a vital space for healing and understanding. Inna’s experience in navigating the complex emotional landscapes of those affected by loss and trauma has made her an indispensable part of our team. Her compassionate approach and dedicated support work reflects our commitment to meeting the psychological needs of our community, especially those affected by the challenges of wartime.

Kraplych Ruslan

Expert in organization development, project evaluation, fundraising, social marketing

He is a professional in the fundraising with over 32 years of experience in this field. He is the author of 20 books, most of which are devoted to fundraising and development of non-profit organizations, more than 300 scientific and journalistic articles, 16 training courses on strategic planning, project management, social marketing, local fundraising, community activation, volunteering, public relations, business planning and financial management, advocacy and public lobbying, etc. Studied at California State University Chico, where he received a certificate in advocacy and lobbying in 2001.

He has attended a number of trainings for coaches: Counterpart International (USA) and the Education for Democracy Foundation (Poland). Qualified as a coach in 1997, as the training course author in 1998, passed FED\AFT qualification trainings in 2000 and 2001. In 2017, he was declared Coach #1 by the Organizational Development Forum, based on the results of independent polls.
