Nazovni.Cooperation

Covers a wide range of scientific and practical issues – from volunteering and socially responsible entrepreneurship to alternative dispute resolution and expanding the use of International Commercial Arbitration mechanisms. This area of our activity is dedicated to cooperation between public institutions, civil society and private entrepreneurship in key areas of economic activity to attract additional resources, knowledge and technologies to achieve the complex tasks of the country’s recovery.

Mission

To create effective tools for cooperation of private and public initiatives aimed at the implementation of Ukraine’s recovery projects, involving foreign capital (investment, donation, charity), taking into account world experience and national scientific developments, in order to achieve legal certainty, including legitimate expectations of all parties to the relationship through compliance with their obligations.

 

Key areas of work

Volunteering and war

Using our legal and scientific potential and taking into account the well-established national traditions of public mutual assistance, we are working on improving and implementing the best international practices in regulating volunteering, patronage and charity activities.

International Commercial Arbitration Court

We investigate and inform about the work of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, meeting the leading international standards of professionalism, transparency and impartiality of arbitrators and is a real guarantor for the protection of international investments in Ukraine.

Private-public partnership

Implementation of the best international practices, creation of transparent and understandable rules and processes for all stakeholders, expansion of the range of participants.
