In just 10 months of the war with russia, man-made water pollution and unauthorized use of water resources caused losses of over UAH 55 billion, and the destruction of land for agriculture caused losses of $172.8 million.

The detonation of each munition is a chemical reaction, releasing 100% of its chemical components into the environment.

It introduces heavy metals such as aluminum and copper, while the oxidation of explosives releases sulfur and nitrogen into the soil, water and air.

Mission

Elaborating, in cooperation with Ukrainian and foreign scientists, the scientific developments or integration of existing technologies and methods of cleaning soil and water. Based on the challenges of the war, we strive to integrate the latest technologies in Ukraine that are easy to implement, high-quality, cheap, and quickly scalable. This will help restore the environmental and economic balance in Ukraine, ensuring sustainable development and preservation of natural resources.

Key areas of work

Technology for accelerated cleaning of soil from pollutants.

This technology is based on biological products created on the basis of useful strains of microorganisms. The metabolic activity of microorganisms contributes to the mineralization, accumulation, and polymerization of toxic substances.

Microbial biotechnology for comprehensive water restoration.

This technology is based on three components:

  • The use of selected, cultivated in a bioreactor microorganisms, which are pollutant-destroyers
  • Phytoremediation of the water body

• Use of a laboratory-created probiotic microorganisms concentrates to support aquaculture
